PTI Appointed Premier Distributor for Toyo Stick Packaging in the Americas
Tokyo, Japan and Tuckahoe, NY (January 31, 2007) – Toyo Machine Manufacturing has appointed Packaging Technologies & Inspection (PTI) as their distributor in the Americas for Toyo stick packaging machines.
Yasuo Imaizumi, international sales manager for Toyo, stated “The stick packaging market is growing worldwide and rapidly gaining popularity in many markets including food, pharmaceutical, nutriceutical and consumer specialty segments. Toyo Model TM Series are high speed multi-lane packaging machines for vertical-form-fill-seal of stick-type packaging for food and pharmaceutical products. They are suitable for a wide range of powders, dry, solid and wet fill products and portion packs. Configurations can be designed to meet customer requirements in stick packaging size, fill volume and various handling specifications.
