Packaging Technologies & Inspection will showcase Toyo Jidoki Pouch Filling Sealing System at Pack Expo in Chicago, IL
Tuckahoe, NY (September 1, 2006) – Packaging Technologies & Inspection, the North American distributor for Toyo Jidoki filling and sealing machines will exhibit the TYJ Model TT-8CN at the Pack Expo Show running October 29 – November 2, McCormick Place in Chicago IL, PTI Booth S-1878.
The TYJ Model TT-8CN is a pre-made pouch filling and sealing system for a wide range of products and pouch styles. Applications include refrigerated, frozen processed foods, cooked, ready to eat, preserved foods as well as various non-food products.
Arthur Hawks, sales manager of TYJ Machinery for PTI, states “The TT-8CN is designed for capacities up to 55 pouches/minute. The key to high filling efficiencies is precise pouch infeed and placement, which is one of the highlights of the TT-8CN. The surface material and structure of this system are designed for wash down capability. This model can accommodate a wide range of pouch sizes and formats including zipper equipped package handling and gas flush applications.”
