Tstix® Displays Tea & Coffee Delivery Innovation at Pack Expo, Booth C-2207

Tuckahoe, New York (September 23, 2009) - PTI will showcase Tstix®, the dripless teabag, at the Pack Expo Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, October 5-7, 2009 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Packaging Technologies & Inspection Systems Booth C-2207. Tstix features thousands of micro-perforations that deliver products like tea and granulated coffee in a form that is clean, fresh, better tasting and more convenient. Simply place the Tstix in a cup of boiling water and just stir until your drink is the color and strength of your liking. Because the package becomes rigid as the tea swells, Tstix also functions as a stirring device, eliminating the need for a teaspoon or stirrer, and the associated mess since Tstix are dripless. Brand owners who license Tstix take advantage of a total delivery system, including breakthrough design and qualified filling equipment by Schwarze Automation. The 6-lane stick pack machine will be on display at Pack Expo producing 240 Tstix per minute.
