See Waldner High-Speed Cup Filling in Action!

The following Waldner Dosomat High Speed Cup Filling and Sealing Machines are presently assembled at the Waldner factory in Wangen, Germany. We would like to invite you to visit Waldner to see these machines in operation. Each model and configuration is described below as well as the dates the systems will be available. DOSOMAT 12.3 AS
3-lane rotary machine for filling high viscous products into plastic cups of different sizes, with quick release system for the different formats. Aluminum foil lid closure and additional snap-on lid. The machine is equipped with a pre-dosing and a main-dosing unit, laminar airflow cabinet, cup and lid sterilization units.

Capacity: up to 7,200 cups/hour

DOSOMAT 10.4
4-lane rotary machine for filling meat paté into sterilizable plastic cups. Closure by sealing a plastic film from rollstock.

Capacity: up to 9,000 cups/hour
Visit date: until November 12, 2007

DOSOMAT 12.6
6-lane rotary machine for filling luncheon meat into sterilizable plastic cups of different sizes. Product feeds from combinator to the compensation cylinder of the machine. Closure by sealing a plastic film from rollstock with integrated cutting unit. Machine provided with gas flushing for minimized O2 content.

DOSOMAT 20 Inline Machines Full Servo Technology
High-capacity machines for filling mixed salads into plastic cups with different diameters. Features fully automatic changeover between the cup sizes and shapes. Foil lid closure with additional snap-on lid. Features several installed dosing stations for quick change of the products without flushing/cleaning stops and/or for filling by one system, while CIP-cleaning of the other.

Capacity: up to 15,000 cups/hour
