See High Speed Cup Filling & Sealing Machines in Operation this November!
We wish to inform you about the following Waldner Dosomat High Speed Cup Filling and Sealing Machines that are presently assembled in the Waldner factory in Germany. DOSOMAT 20.8 High Performance Servo-driven Machine
8-lane inline machine with laminar air hood for filling fresh cheese or similar products. The plastic cups feature an aluminium foil lid closure and an additional snap-on-lid. Two different cup formats are already installed on the DOSOMAT machine and can be changed quickly and easily. Automatic cup feeding is done through a linear magazine. Features simple cleaning due to extendable dosing station.

DOSOMAT 2.2 Servo
Rotary machine with laminar air hood to fill mascarpone and other dairy products into plastic cups. The cups are closed by a foil lid from rollstock and an additional snap-on lid.

DOSOMAT 12.4 Servo
Rotary machine for filling butter into 250 gram plastic cups with closure by a foil lid and an additional plastic snap-on-lid. A paper insert is placed directly onto the product before the foil lid is sealed. A product pump conveys product to the compensation cylinder for constant pressure into the dosing system. This machine features a CIP system.
