Our Commitment to Service & Support
PTI offers world class service and support through our team of project managers, service engineers, and logistics support specialists. PTI coordinates the delivery, installation and integration of packaging machinery. Our technical and engineering support team will conduct operator and maintenance training, preventative maintenance programs, as well as line efficiency studies to help optimize production output. Service is provided by PTI engineers and technicians located in our Hawthorne, NY offices.
